We have wide, paved aisles between each of our 4 buildings with security lighting. All units have garage style doors. And, our rates are some of the most reasonable you can find.

10X10 units – equivalent to 1/2 of a one car garage. Typically stores furnishings from a one bedroom apartment with refrigerator and washer/dryer, patio furniture and many boxes OR two office suits OR 108 personal boxes (168 w/o aisles) or 200 file boxes.

10X20 units - equivalent to a one car garage. Stores approximately 5-6 rooms or 1 room and 1 car. Usually holds 204 boxes (378 w/o aisles).

10X30 units - equivalent to a one and a half car garage. Stores approximately 8-9 rooms from a house or 4 rooms and 1 car. Usually holds 248 boxes (466 w/o aisles). Great for small boat and trailer w/hitch. Also excellent for business storage of files, equipment and permanent records.

10X40 units - equivalent to a three car garage. Stores approximately 11-13 rooms from a house or 7 rooms and 1 car. Usually holds 300 boxes (560 w/o aisles). Also great for contractors, landscapers and businesses.
